ALC Services are designed to provide quality, special lands for the discriminating buyer, along with world class services so the guest has a maximum chance of success and pleasant fun along the way. We offer only those lands which provide a high return for the investor, either in bottom line economics or in enjoyment of a sporting, aesthetic or conservation nature, and often identify lands with a combinations of the above. ALC has offices in Buenos Aires and San Martin de los Andes, PATAGONIA. ALC is a partnership group comprised of land owners, professional Realtors, and conservationists representing tens of years, many ranches and hundreds of thousands of acres. ALC is specially placed to introduce Argentine lands, support the acquisition process, and ease the acclimatization in the country. We provide listing materials, Argentine familiarization literature, complete in-country service, disinterested evaluations of the candidate properties, negotiation advice and or handling, plus closing compliance. Additionally ALC is well placed to offer a post sale management program. Normally in Argentina the seller pays 3% and the buyer pays 3% commission on the selling price of real estate.
