The following agency agreement helps us find you the best property
available in Argentina Uruguay or Chile. In all the above countries the
commission is split 3% paid by buyer and 3% paid by seller. We want to
represent the buyer and ask for their agreement in order to spend the time
required to speed the familiarization process and find the ideal property.
Agency Agreement
It is understood by the undersigned that ________________________ will be
endeavoring to locate properties and/or investment opportunities in Argentina,
Uruguay, and Chile. In order to facilitate showings and introductions this
agreement will serve as an understanding that any contacts, properties or
products that ________________________ introduces the client to that leads to a
sale will entitle ________________________ to a commission of 3% of the value of
the property, product or transaction unless otherwise agreed upon. It is
also understood that ________________________ may split that 3% commission with
other Argentine or U.S. brokers. This agreement will stay in effect for 3
years from the date of signing.
